Windscreen Claim

We experienced in windscreen replacement and provide Windscreen insurance claims too. NCD not affected as long as there is windscreen coverage in your policy.

Insurance & Roadtax Renewal

  1. DO NOT PANIC. make sure yourself is not injured and stay safe.
  2. Gather evidences.
  3. Take photos of the accident place & damages of all involved cars.
  4. Move your car and yourself to safe area.
  5. Call your insurance's Auto Assist/ Roadside Assist if needed
    • It is not advisable to have your car tow by unknown tow truck. Do not give your sign/ authorization to any unknown personnel.
  6. Lodge Police report within 24 hours (law requirement)
    • Remember to check your license/ roadtax
  7. Snap / Get a copy of your own report
  8. Apply / Register to request full set documents from police station (for ODKFK claim)
  9. Send your vehicle to your insurance's authorized panel workshop for claims. (that's us!) Whatsapp Us!

  1. Polis saman (usually RM300, if you're at fault)
  2. NCD loss (if you're at fault)
  3. Excess (check policy)
  4. Betterment (for vehicle over 5 years old)
  5. Under-insured (if your insurance's sum insured is below market value)
  6. Time cost (accident claim will usually take at least 2-4 weeks)
Betterment
This only applicable to vehicle 5 years and above. (same to all insurances)

If new original parts are used to repair your vehicle as a result of which your vehicle is in a better condition than it was before the damage, you would be required to contribute to its betterment, a proportion of the costs
of such new original parts. Your contribution would be according to the following scale:
5 years15%
6 years20%
7 years25%
8 years30%
9 years35%
10 years & above40%

There are 2 type of excess:

Excess (Policy)
This excess is the amount that you have to pay for each and every claim under. The amount should be clearly stated in your policy.

Excess (2F)
A RM400 as compulsory excess is applicable during claim if your vehicle is being driven by:
  • unnamed driver in policy
  • is under 21 years old
  • holds a Provisional (P) or Learner (L) driver’s license.
If the sum insured of your vehicle is less than the market value at the time of loss, we will only bear part of the loss in proportion to the difference between the market value and the sum insured as shown in the formula below:


The balance has to be borne by you. However this subject to insurance's final approval.
